Algeria resorts to deception to illegally impose Polisario’s presence at the TICAD Summit in Japan

The Japan-Africa Summit, a platform meant for serious discussions on the development of the continent, was tainted by a cunning and desperate attempt orchestrated by Algeria’s military junta to fraudulently introduce members of the terrorist militia “Polisario.” This scandalous intrusion disrupted the preparatory proceedings of the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9), sparking widespread indignation among participants and shedding light on the disgraceful tactics employed by Algerian authorities.
What was intended to be a forum for cooperation and Africa’s future was marred by illegal and shameful maneuvers. Despite Japan’s complete lack of recognition of the pseudo “RASD,” the separatists, under Algeria’s protective wing, found a fraudulent way to infiltrate the discussions.
Disguised with false identities and armed with Algerian passports, these mercenaries sneaked into the event by posing as members of the Algerian delegation to gain access to Japanese territory, thus undermining the event’s integrity.
Despite the clear rules established by Japan, the host and organizer of TICAD9, which neither invited nor recognized this fictitious entity, the troublemakers dared to disrupt the proceedings, attempting to pass off their fabrication as reality.
They behaved like thugs, clandestinely introducing a falsified placard bearing the name of this nonexistent entity into the meeting room, hoping to create a deceptive impression of legitimacy for their actions. This crude ruse was immediately denounced by the Moroccan delegation, with strong backing from other participants outraged by this act of sabotage.
Japan, true to its principles and diplomatic integrity, swiftly responded. The senior Japanese official presiding over the meeting solemnly reaffirmed that his country does not recognize the pseudo “RASD,” clarifying any ambiguity and rejecting Algeria’s and its separatist accomplices’ illegitimate maneuvers.
This illegal intrusion once again highlights Algeria’s central role as the patron of this illegitimate entity. Unable to garner international support for its moribund separatist project, Algeria has resorted to mafia-like tactics, falsifying documents and identities in a pathetic attempt to give visibility to a failed project doomed to collapse.
In reality, this desperate attempt comes in the wake of a series of resounding diplomatic victories for Morocco, which has solidified international backing for its autonomy plan under Moroccan sovereignty. This support, driven by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, has shifted the balance in favor of the Kingdom, leaving Algeria and its separatist project increasingly isolated.
Deception, falsification, and illegal maneuvers will never be able to obscure the truth: the separatist project, born from the unhealthy obsession of Algeria’s military junta, is destined to be consigned to the dustbin of history.
