Morocco – Panama: A Strengthened Diplomatic Friendship Under the Royal Vision
Under the High Instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Mr. Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, received on Monday, June 16, 2025, in Rabat, his counterpart from the Republic of Panama, Mr. Javier Martínez-Acha Vásquez. This diplomatic meeting took place in a spirit of fraternity and mutual respect, reflecting the growing excellence of relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Panama.
The occasion was marked by the delivery of a written message to His Majesty King Mohammed VI from His Excellency Mr. José Raúl Mulino, President of the Republic of Panama. This highly symbolic gesture underscores the sincere desire of both Heads of State to elevate bilateral cooperation to even greater heights, in line with the shared aspirations of the two friendly peoples.

This high-level meeting reaffirmed the alignment of views between Rabat and Panama on numerous regional and international issues.
