AU Commissioner for Political Affairs Highlights Morocco’s Key Role in Promoting Peace, Security in Africa
Addis Ababa - The African Union (AU) Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace, and Security, Bankole Adeoye, highlighted Morocco’s key role in promoting peace, stability, and security in Africa.
In a tweet posted on social media following a meeting with Morocco’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the African Union (AU) and the UNECA, Mohamed Arrouchi, the AU Commissioner stated that the discussions focused on Morocco’s pivotal role in advancing peace, stability, and security across the continent.
He added that the meeting also addressed the strengthening of institutional capacities in Africa.
