PAM Summer University: When Youth Becomes the Driving Force of Morocco’s Future
The International University of Rabat hosted, on Saturday, July 12, 2025, the opening sessions of the second edition of the Summer University of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM), in a vibrant atmosphere energized by the enthusiasm of over 500 young participants from all corners of the Kingdom.
Among the leading figures of PAM present at the opening ceremony were Fatima Zahra Mansouri, Coordinator of the party’s collegial leadership, Fatima El Saadi, member of the leadership, as well as several members of the political bureau. The Minister of Culture, Youth, and Communication, Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, was also in attendance in his capacity as a member of the collegial leadership committee, underlining the strategic importance PAM places on youth and their role in the national political debate.
High-Level Workshops to Strengthen Civic Capacities
This second edition stands out thanks to a rich and ambitious program built around thematic workshops led not only by party ministers, but also by national experts and prominent public figures. The objective is to equip young people with strong analytical skills and provide them with the tools they need for active and informed participation in political and public life.
This educational dynamic is part of PAM’s founding vision: building a Morocco rooted in justice, dignity and equality, where youth are not mere spectators but true actors of change and governance.
Youth Recognized as a Strategic Partner
In his address, a senior party official emphasized that “youth is not only the backbone of PAM’s political project but also a key partner in the development of public policy and the construction of tomorrow’s Morocco.”
He also called for the creation of concrete spaces for participation, capable of restoring faith in political action and rebuilding trust between young people and democratic institutions.
PAM, a School of Commitment
Through this Summer University, PAM reaffirms its desire to make youth the driving force behind lasting political renewal and to support this generation as it takes ownership of the major issues shaping the future.
The party thus confirms the importance it attaches to the link between political education, government action and civic engagement, sending a clear message: youth is a national priority, and their involvement lies at the heart of the party’s modernizing project.
