HM the King Receives Congratulations from French President Emmanuel Macron on Throne Day
Rabat - His Majesty King Mohammed VI received a message of congratulations from the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, on the occasion of the Glorious Throne Day.
In this message, Macron extends his wishes for good health, happiness, and success to the Sovereign, expressing to His Majesty the King the deep and unwavering friendship that France and its people hold for the Kingdom and the Moroccan people.
The French President emphasized that throughout His reign, His Majesty the King has acted to make Morocco a future-oriented country, full of ambition and plans, as well as a trustworthy partner that brings strength to the international cooperation required to meet the challenges of the century.
He expressed particular satisfaction at the strengthening of ties between the two countries, which reached a decisive stage a year ago on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Sovereign’s enthronement.
He also welcomed the achievements of the enhanced exceptional partnership concluded during his State visit to Morocco last October at the invitation of His Majesty the King.
While expressing his confidence in all that this Franco-Moroccan bond will continue to achieve, the French President conveyed to the Sovereign his determination to “faithfully pursue the major goals of our shared ambition.”
