Moroccan equestrian sport is preparing to honor its finest figures during the 19th edition of the Maroc Equestre Trophy, scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2026, in Rabat. This ceremony, a major celebration of equestrian excellence, will reward riders and horses who distinguished themselves through their performances throughout 2025.

The chosen theme highlights the commitment of the artisans and champions who have contributed to the equestrian history of the Kingdom. It underscores the essential role of master craftsmen, guardians of a heritage passed down from generation to generation, and the fusion between tradition and excellence. It also celebrates the champions whose dedication and courage showcase Morocco’s colors on the international stage.

These artisans and athletes embody the soul of a nation proud of its heritage, where every success reflects a shared passion for the horse and the values it represents.

During this highly anticipated ceremony, all Moroccan champions will be brought together and divided into ten distinct categories. An expert jury will then designate the champion of champions.

The jury for this 19th edition is composed of three renowned personalities:

  • Azzedine Msefer, former rider and passionate leader in equestrian sports, will serve as president.
  • Abdellah Harith, moqaddem of traditional equestrian arts and an iconic figure of Tbourida.
  • Asmaa Khamlichi, a renowned Moroccan actress and avid equestrian enthusiast.

A press conference will be held on January 15 to present the details of this edition, according to the statement.
