Upon his arrival at the Royal College of Higher Military Education, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was greeted by Lieutenant General, FAR Inspector General and Commander of the Southern Zone, and Major Colonel, CREMS Director, before reviewing a Royal Air Force detachment that paid the honors, according to a statement by the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces.
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was then greeted by the Lieutenant General, Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie, senior officers of the FAR General Staff, the Wali of the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra Region, the Governor of the Kénitra Province, the delegated commanding officer of the Kénitra Garrison, and members of the academic staff.
Following a presentation on “The Role of the Royal Armed Forces in Border Security,” His Royal Highness awarded higher military education certificates conferring a specialized master’s degree in national defense, as well as general staff diplomas, to both Moroccan and international officers enrolled in the Higher Defense Course and the Staff Course.
The Major Colonel, CREMS Director, then presented His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan with trainees’ academic works produced during the year, notably a compilation of research papers from the Higher Defense Course class.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan posed for a commemorative photo with the graduating officers.
The 25th class of the Higher Defense Course and the 59th class of the Staff Course include a total of 296 graduates, among them 77 officers from 28 different countries.
