In his message, the King expressed deep sorrow and heartfelt grief upon learning of the passing of the former President, praying that the Almighty grant him His holy mercy and welcome him into His vast paradise.
In these painful circumstances, the Sovereign offered his sincere condolences and feelings of compassion to President Tinubu, to the family of the late President, and to the brotherly Nigerian people, who have lost one of their devoted sons. His Majesty noted that the late President dedicated his life to serving the higher interests of his country and contributed with great commitment to its development, progress, and prosperity.
