According to informed sources, the club has reached a final agreement with Tshabalala, who is expected to arrive in Morocco next Monday to sign the contract and be officially presented to the media.
Tshabalala, best known for his impressive tenure with South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies, was convinced by Sporting’s long-term sporting project despite receiving several offers from other African clubs.
The decorated coach made his mark on the continental stage by leading Sundowns to two CAF Women’s Champions League titles and guiding them to a runners-up finish in the 2023 edition held in Morocco.
His anticipated arrival signals Sporting Casablanca’s ambitions to compete at the highest level in African women’s football and build a team capable of challenging for domestic and continental silverware.
