It reinforces the Agency’s mission, dedicated to supporting the Holy City of Al-Quds and its residents through numerous projects with significant impact on the population of Al-Quds, particularly women, children, and vulnerable groups.
Dubbed “Harat Al Maghariba,” this year’s edition, taking place from August 10 to 26, benefited 50 children from Al-Quds (boys and girls) aged between 11 and 14, accompanied by five supervisors, also from the Holy City.
The program included educational trips, artistic and sports competitions, and cultural visits alongside Moroccan children.
On this occasion, HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was greeted by Mohamed Salem Echarkaoui, Managing Director of Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency, as well as by the supervisors and children from Al-Quds participating in this 16th edition.
Subsequently, HRH posed for a commemorative photo before presiding over a reception hosted by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, in honor of the children.
The Al-Quds children then presented a souvenir gift to HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan
For his part, Echarkaoui offered His Royal Highness a photo album produced by the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency, documenting the highlights of this 16th edition.
Since its launch in 2008, the Agency’s summer camp program has hosted a total of 800 children from various neighborhoods of the Holy City, accompanied by 80 supervisors, enabling them to visit different regions of the Kingdom and witness firsthand the strength of Moroccan solidarity with the Palestinians.
