In a Morocco undergoing economic and social transformation, occupational health has become a major issue of performance, equity and sustainability. True to its mutualist mission, the CMIM places this initiative in continuity with its commitment to an integrated approach to workplace health, serving organizational performance and the well-being of the men and women who drive it.
Created in 2012, the Occupational Health Day has, over the editions, become a space for reflection, sharing experiences and intersectoral dialogue, bringing together every year representatives of public institutions, companies, mutual organizations, universities, experts and social partners.
It is aligned with the vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, in favor of reforming the national health system, generalizing social protection and unifying territorial development with a logic of cohesion and social justice.
The 12th edition will explore the convergence between data intelligence, ethical governance and global health. Through testimonies from companies and experts, the event will highlight how data, when used ethically and transparently, can become a true management tool for well-being, prevention and human performance.
The opening session will feature a keynote conference by an expert in artificial intelligence and ethical governance, laying the foundation for reflection on the role of AI in occupational health, digital trust and the new balance between technology and humanity.
Three major panel discussions will structure the day:
• the first, dedicated to data intelligence and human performance, will examine the role of data in responsible organizational management;
• the second will address mental health, cognitive load and life balance, a theme now central for companies committed to quality of life at work;
• the third will focus on the role of sport and movement in global health, highlighting initiatives led by La Marocaine des Jeux et des Sports (MDJS), institutional partner of the event, which has long been committed to promoting physical activity as a driver of health, cohesion and social performance.
The MDJS, as a national actor in sports and social responsibility, perfectly embodies the bridge between health, well-being and active citizenship. Its partnership reflects a shared conviction that workplace health is rooted in balanced living, a culture of movement and a holistic approach to human performance.
The Occupational Health Day is based on a unique and exemplary model: it is fully funded by partner companies that share the values of solidarity and responsibility upheld by CMIM. This funding model preserves mutualist contributions and ensures complete independence in the design and direction of the event.
By joining forces with committed partners, the CMIM reaffirms that occupational health is far more than a prevention topic: it is a collective investment in Morocco’s sustainable performance.
In a nation strengthening its economic rise and territorial unity, workplace health is becoming an essential pillar of competitiveness, cohesion and national prosperity.
