Arab Cup: A Controlled Victory for the Atlas Lions as They Defeat Comoros

The Atlas Lions wasted no time taking charge of the game. In the 5th minute, Soufiane Bouftini opened the scoring with a header following a perfectly executed corner from Oussama Tannane. The Moroccan playmaker once again turned provider 15 minutes later, delivering another precise corner that allowed Tarik Tissoudali to double the lead in the 20th minute.

Just before halftime, Morocco extended the gap through El Berkaoui, who capitalized on a well-played ball to net the third goal in stoppage time (45+4).

In the second half, Comoros showed more solidity and eventually narrowed the scoreline. Under pressure, Mohamed Boulacsout unfortunately deflected the ball into his own net, gifting the island team a goal in the 56th minute.

Despite this shift in momentum, the Moroccans managed their advantage until the final whistle, beginning their Arab Cup campaign with seriousness and efficiency.
