Casablanca: CAF and QNET Renew Partnership for the 2025/2026 Interclub Competitions
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) and QNET, a leading international company in the fields of wellness and lifestyle, renewed their partnership for the 2025/2026 season of CAF’s interclub competitions on Monday in Casablanca.

The agreement was signed by CAF General Secretary Véron Mosengo-Omba and QNET’s Regional General Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa, Cherif Sarr. It covers the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League, the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup, and the TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup.
As part of this renewal, both parties have pledged to strengthen their joint initiatives in fan engagement and socially impactful community programs. By connecting the passion for elite football with local development dynamics, CAF and QNET aim to reinforce the foundations of football across the continent and promote sustainable and inclusive growth rooted in African realities.
On this occasion, Mr. Mosengo-Omba expressed his satisfaction with the continuation of the partnership. “We are particularly pleased today to sign the continuation of our partnership with QNET, an official CAF sponsor since 2018 for our interclub competitions,” he said.
The CAF General Secretary noted that these competitions are enjoying growing popularity, with a record number of participating clubs — the result of CAF’s ongoing investment and that of its partners. He also emphasized the importance of such strategic partnerships, which enable CAF to strengthen its resources and reinvest them in the development of African football.
“It is thanks to partners like these that we can continue our mission to enhance our competitions and support our clubs,” added Mr. Mosengo-Omba.
For his part, Mr. Sarr said that this renewal marks a moment of great pride for both the company and the entire African continent, describing it as a true celebration of unity, hope, and the power of sport to bring people together.
He affirmed that QNET deeply believes in the power of sporting values such as discipline, teamwork, and determination — principles that also guide its employees and communities.
“At the dawn of this new chapter, our commitment remains the same: to invest not only in football, but above all in the men and women who make African sport thrive. Alongside CAF, we will continue to turn passion into ambition and unforgettable matches that unite millions of Africans,” he concluded.
QNET has supported CAF’s interclub competitions as an Official Sponsor since 2018. Its partnership covers the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League, the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup, and the TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup.
As CAF and QNET continue this ambitious collaboration, they are calling on all fans, local communities, and both African and international economic actors to join in this vibrant celebration of the spirit of African football — a spirit driven by unity, excellence, and commitment to the present and future generations.
