Diplomacy: Morocco and Bahrain Strengthen Strategic Partnership with Five New Agreements
Morocco and Bahrain have taken a new step in strengthening their bilateral relations. Meeting in Laayoune, Nasser Bourita and his Bahraini counterpart Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani co chaired the sixth session of the Morocco Bahrain Joint High Commission.


This high level session forms part of the regular institutional dialogue between Rabat and Manama, aimed at consolidating strategic cooperation and expanding partnership prospects across several sectors of common interest. Discussions focused in particular on ways to boost political, economic, and legal exchanges, as well as on mechanisms to further support investment flows and joint initiatives.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the two officials signed five cooperation agreements, marking tangible progress in the structure of bilateral relations. These instruments are designed to strengthen the regulatory framework governing exchanges between the two countries and to enhance institutional coordination in various fields.
The meeting underscores the shared determination of both states to elevate their cooperation to a higher level, while reinforcing a partnership based on mutual trust, political consultation, and convergence of views on several regional and international issues.
