Toward a New Era of Transparency: Aziz Akhannouch Receives the President of the National Authority for Probity, Prevention and Fight Against Corruption (INPPLC)
The Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, received on Tuesday in Rabat Mohamed Benalilou, President of the National Authority for Probity, Prevention and Fight Against Corruption (INPPLC), for a meeting dedicated to strengthening the national framework for transparency and governance.

At the heart of the discussions was a shared determination to revitalize the national anti-corruption strategy and to ensure the full implementation of the constitutional role of the Authority, in line with the enlightened vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, who calls for probity to be established as a cornerstone of development and institutional trust.
The two officials reviewed the persistent challenges related to transparency, as well as the priority measures to enhance the effectiveness of public policies and strengthen Morocco’s resilience against this scourge.
On this occasion, Mr. Akhannouch emphasized the upcoming meeting of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, which will assess the implementation of the national strategy, examine the INPPLC’s recommendations, and outline prospects for a new integrated strategic vision.
The meeting also highlighted major projects that the Authority plans to launch, including the creation of the Moroccan Academy of Probity, the National Probity Laboratory, and clusters dedicated to innovative digital solutions for transparency and prevention. These initiatives aim to strengthen the capacities of public, private, and civil society actors in promoting integrity.
Finally, both parties reaffirmed the importance of collective and complementary engagement between institutions, government departments, and civil society to firmly anchor a culture of probity within Moroccan society and ensure concrete follow-up of the reforms undertaken in pursuit of a fairer, more transparent, and exemplary Morocco.
