The United Arab Emirates Has Faced More Than 1,000 Attacks, More Than All Targeted Countries Combined
The United Arab Emirates has faced more than 1,000 attacks, a number exceeding that recorded by all targeted countries combined, the Emirati Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.
In a statement relayed by the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the ministry indicated that the Emirati armed forces confronted these attacks with professionalism and efficiency.
The ministry also specified that the United Arab Emirates has taken no decision to alter its defensive posture in response to recurring Iranian aggressions.
It further emphasized that the Emirates did not participate in the war and did not authorize the use of its territory, territorial waters or airspace to carry out any attack against Iran.
In this regard, the United Arab Emirates reserves the right to legitimate self-defense, in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations, the statement added.
