HRH Princess Lalla Hasnaa Pays Visit to Baku’s Alley of Honor and Martyrs’ Alley
Baku - Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Hasnaa, President of the Foundation for the Safeguarding of Cultural Heritage of Rabat, paid a visit to Baku’s Alley of Honor on Monday, where HRH honored the memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, laying a wreath at his tomb.
Upon her arrival at the Alley of Honor, HRH Princess Lalla Hasnaa was greeted by Mohamed Orkhan, Senior Advisor to the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
HRH Princess Lalla Hasnaa then visited the Martyrs’ Alley, where Her Royal Highness paid respects to the heroes who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan’s independence, by laying red carnations on four martyrs’ tombs.
Her Royal Highness laid flowers on the eternal flame on this occasion.
This visit was attended by the Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, Mohammed Mehdi Bensaid, the ambassador of His Majesty the King to Baku, Mohamed Adil Embarch, the Secretary-General of the Foundation for the Safeguarding of Cultural Heritage of Rabat, Lalla Nouzha Alaoui, and the Director General of “Handicraft from Morocco,” Tarik Sadik.
