Under the High Instructions of His Majesty the King, the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity Launches the “Marhaba 2025” Operation
Under the High Instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity will launch the “Marhaba” Operation on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, to welcome Moroccans residing abroad.

The Foundation, working in coordination with all national stakeholders, has activated its comprehensive reception system simultaneously in Morocco, France, Spain, and Italy, according to a press release from the Foundation.
Held under the Effective Presidency of His Majesty the King, this 25th edition introduces new reception areas at the airports of Laâyoune and Dakhla, bringing the total number of “Marhaba” reception sites to 26.
Twenty (20) of these sites are operational within Morocco. They are located at:
- Ports: Tangier Med, Tangier Ville, Al Hoceima, and Nador Bni Nsar
- Airports: Casablanca Mohammed V, Rabat-Salé, Oujda Angad, Nador, Agadir Al Massira, Fès Saïss, Marrakech Menara, Tangier Ibn Battouta, Laâyoune Hassan I, and Dakhla
- Rest areas: Méditerranée, Jebha, Tazaghine, and Smir M’Diq
- Border crossings: Bab Sebta and Mellila
Six (6) international reception sites are set up in European ports:
- Genoa (Italy)
- Sète and Marseille (France)
- Motril, Almería, and Algeciras (Spain)
From June 10 to September 15, social assistance and medical care services will be available at all these sites to support Moroccan expatriates during both arrival and return phases.
More than 1,200 personnel — including Foundation teams, social workers, doctors, paramedics, and volunteers — have been mobilized to provide listening, support, and necessary aid to Moroccans residing abroad.
These humanitarian services are reinforced by the Central Coordination Office (BCC), based in Rabat, which oversees the work of the field teams, coordinates with stakeholders, and manages the Marhaba telephone assistance service.
