The Trofeo Caputo, named after the renowned Italian family of millers who organize the event, annually celebrates the world’s finest pizzaiolos across categories ranging from classic and Neapolitan to gluten-free and American-style pizzas. While the grand trophy this year was awarded to Japanese contestant Yoshihisa Ootusubo, it was Ayoub Ayache who stood out in his category with a dazzling performance.
