Nasser Bourita Receives the Letters of Credence of the New Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Morocco
Rabat – Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita, received on Friday in Rabat Mr. Alex Pinfield OBE, who presented him with copies of his letters of credence accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
This protocol ceremony marks the official start of Mr. Pinfield’s diplomatic mission in Morocco. It falls within the continuity of the historic relations and strong friendship uniting Rabat and London, built on mutual trust and multifaceted cooperation.
On this occasion, both officials underlined the shared determination to further strengthen the strategic partnership between the two Kingdoms, particularly in the political, economic, security, cultural and academic fields.
The arrival of the new British ambassador to Morocco thus opens new prospects for cooperation and confirms the positive momentum in Morocco–UK relations, especially in a global context marked by closer alliances and reinforced bilateral dialogue.
