On the sidelines of the 80th UNGA, Nasser Bourita Meets with German Foreign Minister and Signs Addendum to Cooperation Agreement
On the occasion of the 80th United Nations General Assembly (#UNGA80), the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita, held talks on Thursday in New York with his German counterpart, Mr. Johann Wadephul.


The meeting was marked by the signing of an addendum to the technical and economic cooperation agreement relating to the presence and activities of German political institutions in Morocco. This document represents a new step in strengthening the Moroccan-German partnership, built on shared values of dialogue, trust and mutually beneficial cooperation.
During the talks, the two officials reaffirmed their common will to consolidate bilateral cooperation in various strategic areas, including governance, sustainable development, and intercultural dialogue. They also highlighted the importance of coordination between Rabat and Berlin in addressing regional and international challenges.
Through the signing of this addendum, Morocco and Germany confirm their determination to give new momentum to their partnership and to promote joint initiatives in support of stability, prosperity and shared development.
