Mohamed Abdennabaoui Meets with the President of Iraq’s Federal Integrity Commission
The First President of the Court of Cassation and Deputy President of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, Mohamed Abdennabaoui, held talks on Tuesday in Rabat with the President of Iraq’s Federal Integrity Commission, Mohamed Ali Al-Lami, as part of the latter’s official visit to Morocco at the head of a high-level delegation.


According to a statement from the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, the meeting provided an opportunity to present Morocco’s judicial experience, ongoing reforms, and future priorities, as well as the progress made in areas such as training, modernization, digitalization, and judicial ethics.
For his part, the President of Iraq’s Federal Integrity Commission outlined the legal and organizational framework of the institution he leads, along with its experience in preventing and combating corruption, promoting a culture of integrity, and raising awareness of the harmful effects of corruption on the development of societies.
The statement noted that the meeting was attended, on the Iraqi side, by the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Rabat, the Director of the Department of Conventions and International Cooperation, and two members representing the Integrity Commission and the Iraqi Asset Recovery Fund.
On the Moroccan side, the meeting was attended by the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, the President of the Criminal Litigation Division, and the President of the Training and Cooperation Division.
