Mohamed Abdennabaoui Holds Talks in Rabat with Mauritanian Minister of Justice Ould Soueidatt
The First President of the Court of Cassation and Deputy President of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ), Mohamed Abdennabaoui, held talks on Monday in Rabat with the Minister of Justice of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Soueidatt, who is on a working visit to Morocco at the head of a high-level delegation.


During this meeting, held as part of the distinguished relations between the two brotherly countries, both parties discussed several areas of cooperation reflecting their shared aspirations to develop their judicial and legal systems. The talks also focused on promoting the exchange of expertise and best practices in the digital transformation of the judiciary, as well as improving access to judicial services and bringing justice closer to citizens, according to a statement from the CSPJ.
After reviewing recent developments in the judicial systems of both countries, particularly in the field of digitalization, the two sides discussed prospects for cooperation in the service of their common interests, the same source added.
On the Mauritanian side, the meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania in Rabat and senior officials from the Mauritanian Ministry of Justice. On the Moroccan side, participants included the Secretary-General of the CSPJ, the Director-General of Financial and Administrative Affairs, and other senior officials of the Council.
