The French Group “Voyage Privé” Awards Morocco the “Best Destination 2025” Title and Praises the ONMT’s Strategy
The French group Voyage Privé has awarded Morocco the “Best Destination 2025” title, praising an exceptional tourism trajectory driven by the strategy of the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) and a growth dynamic firmly anchored in European markets.

This distinction recognizes the overall performance of the destination, its renewed attractiveness and the relevance of the strategic choices made by the ONMT, according to a statement from the Office.
The award was presented to Achraf Fayda, Director General of the ONMT, in recognition of structured, coordinated and results-oriented work, the statement added.
Founded in 2006, Voyage Privé has established itself as one of Europe’s leading players in private sales of high-end travel, with a presence in several key countries across the continent and a community of millions of members.
By awarding Morocco the Best Destination 2025 title, Voyage Privé expresses a strong market choice, based on the analysis of trends, sales performance and the engagement of European travelers.
In 2025, the ONMT strengthened Morocco’s presence in several key European markets by activating measures adapted to each territory and each customer segment. Online push campaigns, television exposure, the production of images and videos highlighting today’s Morocco, and the diversification of narratives and experiences offered have all contributed to establishing more balanced and more sustainable growth in tourist flows.
Several Moroccan destinations were particularly highlighted, illustrating the richness and diversity of the national offer, from Marrakech to Dakhla, from Agadir to Tangier, as well as Taghazout, Essaouira, Béni Mellal, Fez and Ouarzazate.
This expanded tourism geography reflects the ONMT’s desire to promote a plural, authentic Morocco that is firmly focused on the quality of the experience.
To support this momentum, the ONMT deployed targeted action plans by market and by destination, integrating offer diversification, upscaling, the reduction of seasonality in tourist flows, and the strengthening of digital visibility and distribution.
With this recognition, Morocco confirms the strength of its trajectory and the credibility of its international positioning. The Best Destination 2025 trophy, awarded by Voyage Privé, crowns this performance and affirms, in the eyes of the European market, Morocco’s place among the most desirable and most high-performing destinations on the global tourism scene.
