Technical Director Fathi Jamal unveils a new strategic vision for Moroccan football

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) has taken an important step in the structuring of national football. During a press conference held this Tuesday at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, National Technical Director Fathi Jamal presented the main outlines of the new national technical strategy.
Speaking to the media, the Technical Director detailed an ambitious roadmap aimed at deeply modernizing the organization of Moroccan football, with a particular focus on training and long-term performance. This strategy is based on an internal restructuring of the National Technical Directorate, as well as the introduction of programs adapted to the demands of modern football.
At the heart of this reform is a new approach to the management of the national teams. Fathi Jamal stressed the importance of a harmonized technical and educational methodology, ranging from youth categories to senior teams, in order to ensure continuity in player training and development.
The development of young talent is also a central pillar of this vision. The official announced the introduction of new formats for elite youth competitions, with the objective of improving scouting, supervision and the growth of future internationals.
The strategy also aims to strengthen the skills of technical staff by emphasizing continuous training and adaptation to international standards.
Through this roadmap, the FRMF is clearly showing its ambition: to consolidate the recent achievements of Moroccan football and build a sustainable model capable of producing talents competitive on the continental and global stage.
