Attending the meeting on the Moroccan side were Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication Mohammed Mehdi Bensaid, Ambassador of His Majesty the King to Baku Mohamed Adil Embarch and Secretary General of the Foundation for the Safeguarding of Cultural Heritage of Rabat, Lalla Nouzha Alaoui.

The Azerbaijani side included Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, Executive Director of the Foundation Anar Alakbarov and Advisor to H.E. the President Mukhtar Babayev.
