Mr. von Schirach described the address as “highly important,” highlighting its focus on the need for collective commitment and swift action to meet the needs and expectations of all citizens, particularly those living in rural areas and among the younger generations.
He noted that the dual priority of social justice and reducing territorial disparities represents, for His Majesty the King, a true strategic direction requiring the mobilization of all stakeholders. It also constitutes a crucial issue that must guide Morocco’s various development policies.
He added that the Sovereign also stressed in His Speech that any negligence undermining the efficiency and profitability of public investment is unacceptable, calling on all actors, at every level, to combat practices that waste time, energy, and resources.
