Hanoi: Abdellatif Ouahbi Holds Talks with Vietnamese Counterpart on Judicial Cooperation

According to a statement from the Ministry of Justice, the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss ways to enhance judicial collaboration, advance digitalization, and modernize judicial administration.

The discussions also touched on prospects for economic and trade cooperation, the exchange of best practices, and the development and professionalization of human resources to support the modernization of the judicial systems in both Morocco and Vietnam, the statement added.

Both parties reaffirmed their shared commitment to deepening ties of friendship and bilateral cooperation, as well as intensifying exchanges of visits and expertise between justice officials, further strengthening relations between the two friendly nations.

It is worth recalling that Morocco and Vietnam signed two agreements in Hanoi on Saturday related to criminal matters and the extradition of offenders, on the sidelines of the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention on Combating Cybercrime.
