Morocco–Mali military cooperation: Official visit at the heart of the history of the Royal Armed Forces

This visit is part of a dynamic aimed at strengthening strategic ties and sharing expertise between the two countries. The program began with a detailed presentation of the missions and activities of the Directorate, highlighting its role in preserving the national military memory and promoting the historical heritage of the Royal Armed Forces. The Malian delegation then toured the various spaces and galleries retracing key chapters in the history of the Moroccan army, as well as the depth of the Kingdom’s historical relations with its African environment.

At the conclusion of this immersion, Brigadier General Moussa Yoro Kente signed the institution’s guest book and delivered a statement in which he expressed his deep admiration for the quality of the reception and his appreciation of the richness of Morocco’s historical heritage. The visit concluded with an exchange of symbolic gifts and a commemorative photo session, marking a moment of military fraternity and strengthened cooperation between Rabat and Bamako.
