In 2025, the agency strengthened the foundations of its operations by investing in human resource development, capacity building, and the acquisition of essential technical and digital tools. These efforts aim to ensure the efficient management of the direct social assistance scheme, enhance its long-term tangible impact, and contribute to integrated local development in line with the vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
During its meeting held on Wednesday, February 18, the Agency’s Board of Directors reviewed the opening of a territorial representation in the province of El Jadida. This initiative forms part of a new vision emphasizing both human and territorial dimensions to ensure greater proximity to beneficiaries. The objective is to transform direct social assistance into a lever for empowerment and productive social and economic integration through tailored support programs adapted to the socio-spatial realities of families.
The Agency also adopted a monitoring mechanism designed to measure the program’s performance indicators in terms of reducing poverty and vulnerability. This new management approach aims to strengthen human development and enhance the socio-economic impact of cash transfers.
