Dubai Airshow 2025: Morocco’s Aerobatic Team “Marche Verte” Steals the Show

The Moroccan Royal Air Force aerobatic team Marche Verte dazzled visitors and participants on Monday at the 19th edition of the Dubai International Airshow with a captivating performance and a breathtaking aerial display.

A large audience of aviation enthusiasts and attendees of this high-profile global event gathered to admire the show, which was attended by the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Abdessamad Kayouh, the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of National Defense Administration, Abdellatif Loudiyi, Morocco’s Consul General in Dubai, Saâd Bendourou, the Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces and Commander of the Southern Zone, General Mohamed Berrid, the Inspector of the Royal Air Force, Air Division General Mohammed Kadih, along with several military officials.

On this occasion, the highly skilled pilots of this prestigious formation executed with precision and expertise a series of remarkable figures and performances that showcased their exceptional creativity, leaving spectators of various nationalities speechless and captivated by the artistic quality of the display.

The team also thrilled the audience with a sequence of individual, duo, and synchronized group maneuvers performed with perfect coordination, alternating between low and high-altitude formations requiring maximum focus and flawless mastery.

The highlight of the performance was the execution of symbolic sky formations, including the Sharifian star, the palm tree of Marrakech, and two intertwined hearts drawn across the sky as a tribute to the deep and enduring ties between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United Arab Emirates.

Established in 1984 on the orders of the late King Hassan II and operating under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Marche Verte aerobatic team is equipped with high-performance aircraft.

The squadron boasts a world first in the field of aerobatics: the “mirror loop,” a technical feat that earned the team international acclaim and multiple awards and trophies.
