Aziz Akhannouch Arrives in Addis Ababa to Represent HM King Mohammed VI at the 39th AU Summit

Upon his arrival at Bole International Airport, Akhannouch was welcomed by Ethiopia’s Minister of Peace, Mohamed Edris, and State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Berhanu Tsegaye.

He was also greeted by Morocco’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the African Union and the UN Economic Commission for Africa, Mohamed Arrouchi, along with several other officials.

The 39th African Union Summit of Heads of State and Government is being held on 14 and 15 February under the theme: “Ensuring Sustainable Water Availability and Safe Sanitation Systems to Achieve the Goals of Agenda 2063.”
