Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces Holds Talks with the UN Acting Military Adviser

By Order of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, General of the Army Corps Mohammed Berrid, Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces and Commander of the Southern Zone, received on Wednesday at the headquarters of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces in Rabat, General of the Army Corps Cheryl Pearce, Acting Military Adviser of the United Nations, who is on a visit to the Kingdom of Morocco.

According to a statement from the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, the meeting provided an opportunity for in-depth discussions on the contribution of the Royal Armed Forces to United Nations peacekeeping operations. The UN official expressed her gratitude to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, for the sustained efforts and continued commitment of the Kingdom of Morocco to UN missions in the Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, while highlighting the professionalism and resilience of the personnel of the Royal Armed Forces.
