Initiated in collaboration with the Regional Association of the Hotel Industry of Rabat Salé Kénitra, with the support of the Wilaya of Rabat Salé Kénitra, this program falls within the framework of improving the quality of hotel services and consolidating the central role of the capital at both national and international levels, according to a joint statement from the Regional Tourism Council and the Regional Association of the Hotel Industry.

Rabat will host more than one third of the group stage matches as well as several decisive games, making it a strategic hub in terms of tourist flows, international visibility and economic impact, the statement notes.

In this exceptional dynamic, strengthening the skills of hotel teams is a priority in order to guarantee exemplary hospitality and services, the same source emphasizes, noting that the program, structured around an immersive and operational approach, covers key areas such as reception, security, housekeeping and hygiene standards. The objective is to prepare professionals to meet the requirements of an international event of such magnitude.

The program includes two successive training sessions to maximize impact. The first session, from December 4 to 10, is divided into four complementary modules covering client reception and care, safety of people and property, housekeeping and hygiene standards. The second session, on December 11, aims to increase the number of participants and extend best practices to a larger number of establishments in the region.
