Morocco Marks Strong Participation at Paris’ IFTM Top Resa

Paris - IFTM Top Resa 2025, the must-attend event for French and international tourism professionals, kicked off on Tuesday in Paris, with strong participation from the Moroccan National Tourist Office (MNTO), which occupies the largest pavilion.

The three-day fair’s official inauguration, which gathers every year the market’s top decision makers, was attended by His Majesty the King’s ambassador in France, Samira Sitail, MNTO’s CEO, Achraf Fayda, as well as presidents of the Kingdom’s regional tourism councils, the MNTO said in a press release.

For the 2025 edition, the MNTO is orchestrating “an ambitious presence,” the same source added, pointing out that the Moroccan pavilion, covering an area of nearly 300 m², is expanding with two spaces dedicated to the featured destinations, Dakhla and Fez-Meknes, bringing the total representation to more than 400 m², making Morocco “the largest pavilion” at this trade show, a leading showcase for business travel, MICE, leisure, and group tourism.

“This collective effort illustrates the MNTO’s desire to strengthen Morocco’s visibility on the French and international markets and to highlight the richness and diversity of its tourism offering,” the press release emphasized.

“The French market is a historic pillar for Moroccan tourism. Our strategy aims to transform this strength into an even more powerful lever. It is in this spirit that we are now moving from strong to stronger in our traditional markets, and France is our leading partner,” said Fayda, quoted in the press release.
