Arryadia Channel Opens a New Chapter with the Appointment of Abdelhadi Razkou as Head
The sports channel Arryadia is entering a new phase with the official appointment of Abdelhadi Razkou as its head. He succeeds Hassan Boutabssil, who had led the channel for more than ten years. The decision, approved on February 18, was adopted in accordance with the internal procedures of the National Society of Radio and Television (SNRT), following a meeting of its board of directors.

Until now deputy director in charge of programs and major sporting events within the public audiovisual group, Razkou has distinguished himself through his internal career path and his in depth knowledge of the sports media landscape. His profile was considered in line with the channel’s current ambitions, as it seeks to strengthen its competitiveness.
This appointment comes at a particular time, notably marked by the final phases of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations hosted in Morocco. During that competition, production and broadcasting were handled by the group’s first channel, raising questions about Arryadia’s ability to manage major sporting events.
At a time when Morocco is increasingly hosting major sporting competitions, the challenge is to rely on a strong and efficient media platform. Founded in 2006, Arryadia continues to play a strategic role as the exclusive broadcaster of the professional first division championship and a key player in the national sports landscape.
The arrival of Abdelhadi Razkou therefore reflects a desire for modernization and editorial consolidation, in line with the Kingdom’s growing ambitions on the international sports stage.
