This meeting forms part of a dynamic aimed at consolidating and deepening health cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United Arab Emirates, with the ambition of elevating it to a higher level of effectiveness and sustainability.

The discussions provided an opportunity to review the progress of joint projects, particularly those related to the modernization of hospital infrastructure, support for therapeutic programs with strong social impact, and the acceleration of the digital transformation of the health system. Both parties also stressed the strategic importance of developing the pharmaceutical industry, considered a key lever for strengthening health sovereignty and securing the supply of medicines.

Moreover, the exchanges highlighted the need to intensify cooperation in the field of blood and blood derivatives, with a view to consolidating national self-sufficiency and improving the quality of medical services provided to patients.
