HM the King Congratulates Malian President of the Transition, Head of State on 65th Anniversary of Country’s Independence

Rabat - His Majesty King Mohammed VI has sent a message of congratulations to the President of the Transition, Head of State of Mali General Assimi Goita, on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of his country’s Independence.

In this message, His Majesty the King extends to Assimi Goita His congratulations and warmest wishes for the happiness and prosperity of the Malian people.

The Sovereign assured Goïta of the importance He attaches to strengthening the historic bonds of fraternity and solidarity uniting the two peoples.

His Majesty the King also reaffirmed the Kingdom of Morocco’s constant readiness to work alongside the Republic of Mali “in favor of close, ambitious, and reinforced cooperation, and for a stable, united, and prosperous Africa.”
