Kenitra: Delivery of 36 School Transport Buses under the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH)
Thirty-six school transport buses were delivered on Tuesday to several communes in the province of Kenitra, as part of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH).

The delivery of these buses, with a total cost exceeding 15.33 million dirhams, aims to support the schooling of children in rural areas and promote education as a key driver of human development.
The ceremony took place at the headquarters of the province of Kenitra, in the presence of the Governor of the province, Abdelhamid El Mazid, President of the Provincial Commission for Human Development.
Between 2019 and 2025, the INDH launched a series of integrated socio-educational projects and programs in the province of Kenitra, underscoring the importance it places on promoting education and combating school dropout, particularly in rural areas.
In a statement to the press, Ibtissam Al Ayadi, Head of the Social Action Division in Kenitra, stressed that this initiative seeks to improve schooling conditions for students across different communes, especially for girls.
During the period 2019-2024, INDH interventions enabled around 9,300 students to benefit from school transport services through 131 buses, managed by 81 local associations. Among them, 9 buses were dedicated to children with disabilities, with a total investment of 53.28 million dirhams.
Through this initiative, the Provincial Commission for Human Development in Kenitra reaffirms its commitment to placing education at the heart of its actions, with the goal of securing a better future for upcoming generations, in line with the High Royal Directives.
