FRMT strengthens training for tennis club directors
The training session for sports club directors, organized by the Royal Moroccan Tennis Federation in partnership with the French Tennis Federation, concluded on Friday in Rabat.
According to a statement from the federation, the session, held at Club Ryad from April 7 to 10, brought together several technical executives who benefited from a rich and comprehensive program combining both theoretical and practical aspects.
The program focused in particular on the organization of sporting operations, youth development, the management of training sessions, as well as the physical and mental dimensions linked to athletic performance.
The training was supervised by expert Marc Barbier, an executive of the French Tennis Federation and Director of Performance at the Occitanie League, who shared with participants his experience in player development and technical supervision.
This initiative is part of the Royal Moroccan Tennis Federation’s strategy to strengthen the skills of national executives and develop technical coaching structures nationwide.
