U17 Women’s World Cup: North Korea Wins 4th Title with 3-0 Victory over Netherlands
Rabat - The North Korean team won its fourth Women's U17 World Cup title, beating the Dutch team 3-0 in Saturday's final at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat.

North Korea’s goals were scored by Kim Won Sim (14′), Pak Rye Yong (18′) and Ri Ui Gyong (42′).
North Korea updated its record as the most decorated country in the competition, having already secured the title in this category in 2008, 2016, and 2014.
In the third-place match, Mexico defeated Brazil 3-1 in a penalty shootout, following a 1-1 tie.
The awards ceremony was attended by Morocco’s Minister of National Education, Preschool and Sports Mohamed Saâd Berrada, President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) Fouzi Lekjaa and FIFA president Gianni Infantino.
2025 Women’s U17 World Cup, held in Morocco with 24 teams divided into six groups, took place on three pitches at the Mohammed VI Football Academy and at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat.
