Khénifra: More Than 2,600 Beneficiaries of a Multidisciplinary Medical Caravan
More than 2,600 people benefited from the services of a multidisciplinary medical caravan, organized on Friday and Saturday at the Provincial Hospital Center of Khénifra, for the benefit of the city’s population and targeting patients from different age groups.

Initiated by the association “Rangs d’Honneur,” in coordination with the province of Khénifra and in partnership with the Provincial Delegation of Health and Social Protection, this caravan enabled the delivery of nearly 2,686 consultations in various medical and surgical specialties.
This initiative with a humanitarian and social dimension aims to offer the population an integrated care pathway encompassing screening, diagnosis and follow-up, as well as the administration of appropriate treatments. It also seeks to ensure educational and health support in order to strengthen health education within families and contribute to changing certain risk behaviors.
The caravan mobilized medical, nursing and pharmaceutical teams as well as volunteers, covering services in general surgery, pediatric surgery, anesthesia, dermatology, dental medicine, ophthalmology, urology, rheumatology and physiotherapy, cardiology, diabetology, pneumology, as well as radiology.
In parallel with the medical services, specialized teams led training workshops at the “Anoual” school, focusing on learning disorders in children and adults, artificial intelligence and school guidance, visual arts, as well as music and theater workshops.
In a statement to MAP, the founder of the association “Rangs d’Honneur,” Noureddine Bennani, said that this caravan is part of the promotion of the role of civil society in supporting the national effort to promote public health, noting that this initiative adopted a comprehensive approach not limited to curative care, but also encompassing health education, prevention and follow-up.
He added that this initiative required the mobilization of significant human and logistical resources in order to ensure the necessary care for beneficiaries under the best conditions.
For their part, several beneficiaries expressed their great satisfaction with this social initiative, stating that it enabled them to access medical consultations and health guidance, particularly for families facing difficulties in accessing health services in remote areas.
