Iran Apologizes to Gulf Arab Countries
Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian delivered a message of appeasement to neighboring Gulf countries, offering his apologies in a televised address broadcast Saturday morning by Iranian state media.

In his speech, the Iranian head of state sought to reassure countries in the region, stating that Tehran had no intention of attacking its neighbors, and emphasizing instead the importance of fraternal relations among the nations of the Gulf.
“We do not intend to attack neighboring countries. As I have repeated several times, they are our brothers,” Massoud Pezeshkian said, in a message intended to be conciliatory toward the states of the region.
The Iranian president also assured that Iran would put an end to any strikes targeting neighboring countries, unless attacks against the Islamic Republic were launched from those territories. This statement comes amid heightened regional tensions and appears aimed at preventing the conflict from spreading across the Middle East.
While expressing this desire for de-escalation, Massoud Pezeshkian nevertheless insisted on his country’s determination to preserve its sovereignty. He affirmed that Iran would never capitulate to external pressure, reiterating Tehran’s firm position on matters of national security.
This statement comes at a time when the international community is closely monitoring developments in the region, where every diplomatic gesture is viewed as a signal capable of influencing the geopolitical balance of the Middle East.
