2M Unveils Its Special CAN 2025 Programming
On the occasion of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2025), 2M is mobilizing all of its platforms, TV, radio and digital, to accompany this major celebration of African football.

For this event, the 2M Group has pulled out all the stops, deploying significant technical resources, new studios equipped with innovative technologies, and a network of journalists, special correspondents and renowned commentators. These include analysts with in-depth knowledge of African football and legends of the game, the group said in a statement.
This unprecedented setup celebrates sport while exploring the many facets of the continent’s culture, in all its beauty and diversity.
The television lineup is varied and designed for all audiences.
“Planète Foot” is the flagship CAN talk show, broadcast live every day at 10:30 pm on 2M. It is hosted by the bilingual duo Ghizlane Gabari and Jihane Jahouri, surrounded by African legends and exclusive 2M consultants, El-Hadji Diouf, Alex Song, Khalid Fouhami and Adil Hermach. The program features analysis, champions’ perspectives, behind-the-scenes coverage of the competition and audience interaction, offering a CAN experience that is fully focused on football and entertainment.
“REPLAY” is the daily appointment that is entirely dedicated to analysis and fully virtual. Hosted by Mehdi Issouaben and Hamza Hachlaf, alongside Simo Hajoui and Mehdi Kessoua, the show offers in-depth breakdowns using data, 3D visuals, augmented reality and immersive reconstructions, broadcast every day at 1:30 pm.
“CAN News” is a daily news bulletin dedicated to the tournament, aired every day at 9:15 pm. The edition covers all the latest developments, from organization to sporting action and atmosphere, ensuring viewers miss nothing of the CAN.
“CAN Kitchen” presents 24 authentic traditional recipes and just as many stories, paying tribute to the flavors of Africa. This daily culinary show is hosted by the renowned Chef Moha and broadcast every evening at 9:20 pm. It offers a gastronomic journey to discover the secrets of African cuisine and the authentic flavors of each of the 24 countries taking part in the CAN, in a spirit of conviviality and sharing.
“Netla9aw fla CAN” offers a look at Morocco, the host country of African football’s biggest event, through the eyes of supporters. Every evening at 7:50 pm, Taha Essou acts as a guide. The well-known content creator takes fans from the 24 participating countries on a tour of the Kingdom’s most iconic tourist sites and its rich heritage, away from the beaten path.
“Time for Africa” was produced especially for CAN 2025, with 2M traveling across Africa to explore the continent’s cultural diversity. Filmed in nine countries, “Time for Africa” is a new documentary series of nine 52-minute episodes that introduces Africa to Moroccan audiences. The guided journey airs every Tuesday and Sunday at 9:25 pm.
Radio 2M is also adopting the colors of the CAN.
“La Bombonera”, Special CAN Edition, airs every day from 6 pm to 7 pm, offering debates, atmosphere, guests and highlights in rhythm with the competition. Hicham Ramram, Reda Allali, Amine Rahmouni and Youssef Chani will bring listeners the intensity of the CAN in real time, with debates, live reactions, vibrant atmospheres and interviews with passionate fans.
SKWAD, the new 100 percent digital sports media platform, is also fully dedicated to the CAN.
On the occasion of the tournament, SKWAD is rolling out a dedicated editorial offering that includes news, analysis, behind-the-scenes content and match atmosphere. The special digital coverage allows fans to follow the competition hour by hour, along with shows and digital formats such as SKWAD Podcast, Pronos, Breaking the Lines, which focuses on tactical analysis through data, and Time Out, which delivers essential sports news in 60 seconds.
SKWAD is available across all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok.
From December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026, 2M will celebrate what makes the continent’s heart beat, pride, hospitality, popular fervor and passion for the game.
