The award, celebrating Moroccan women of ambition and impact, aims to highlight inspiring figures who transform ordinary initiatives into extraordinary achievements while actively contributing to the country’s development. The final selection was made through an open digital vote, reflecting strong community engagement.

Four Profiles, Four Winning Journeys

The laureates, chosen by internet users in recognition of their performance and dedication, are:

  • Professional Achievement: Anissa Melikh Cherqui

Each shared a sense of pride and responsibility, seeing the award as additional motivation to continue their work and inspire their communities.

In line with its mission of support and encouragement, Somafaco awarded checks to associations designated by each laureate during the ceremony, amplifying the social impact of the event. The funds were allocated to:

Context and Mission of the Prize

IDEAL’s initiative builds on the 2021 Femmesideal.com platform, aiming to encourage Moroccan women to move beyond routine domestic roles and actively participate in professional life. Despite progress, obstacles persist, such as the low female activity rate (around 19% in 2023, compared to 21.5% in 2021, according to HCP). Through the popular show Nissae Idéal and its segment “Massar Maghribia,” the Prix Femmes Idéal seeks to create a positive ripple effect by showcasing successful role models that inspire Moroccan women.
