DGSN: Four police officers killed in road accident near Sidi Ifni
The General Directorate of National Security announced the death of four of its officers, according to a provisional toll, following a road accident involving a bus transporting members of a mobile public order unit in the city of Sidi Ifni. The officers were on an official mission to Agadir to help supervise and secure a football competition.

According to preliminary information, the bus, which was carrying 44 officers, was involved in an accident about 24 kilometers from Sidi Ifni on Saturday morning, February 21. The crash resulted in four deaths on a provisional basis and left 26 people injured, including two officers in serious condition.
The Director General of National Security has instructed the Agadir police prefecture, along with the medical and social services of the national security body, to monitor the condition of the injured officers at the hospital and provide them with all necessary medical care and hospitalization support. He also ordered that condolences be conveyed and all forms of assistance and support be provided to the families of the officers who lost their lives in this tragic accident.
In addition, the Directorate of Human Resources has been tasked with taking all administrative measures and providing the necessary support arrangements for the victims of this tragedy, in accordance with the special status governing officials of the General Directorate of National Security.
