Morocco–Senegal Match: Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium Gates to Open at 3:00 p.m.
The gates of Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat will open on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. on the occasion of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) final, which will see Morocco face Senegal, the organizing committee announced.
This measure aims to facilitate public access and avoid congestion, the committee added in a statement published on the official website of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF).
The closing ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m., while kick-off for the final is scheduled for 8:00 p.m., according to the same source.
These organizational measures have been put in place to ensure the smooth running of this major sporting event under the best possible conditions, the statement notes.
On this occasion, the organizing committee “calls on all supporters expected to attend this match to arrive early, show sportsmanship, respect the organizers’ instructions, and comply with all organizational guidelines in force around and inside the stadium.”
