Zinedine Zidane in the Stands for Algeria vs Sudan in Morocco to Watch His Son, Cheered by the Whole Stadium
A VIP guest was in the stands this Wednesday, December 24, at the Rabat stadium, as Zinédine Zidane attended the AFCON 2025 match between Algeria and Sudan, mainly to support his son Luca, who is the goalkeeper for Algeria.
The crowd erupted in applause in the 23rd minute when his image appeared on the giant screens. Fans were delighted, making it a real Christmas Eve gift for the stadium.
Zidane, who is widely tipped to become the future head coach of the French national team, although nothing is expected to be made official before the 2026 World Cup, watched the Fennecs’ 3-0 victory alongside his son Enzo.
