The Presidency of the Public Prosecution has launched, on Wednesday, a new digital service aimed at strengthening communication between prosecution offices across the Kingdom’s courts and users, as part of ongoing efforts to improve the quality of services provided by the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

In a statement, the Presidency of the Public Prosecution explained that this innovative digital service will allow users to instantly receive updates on all procedures related to their complaints and grievances, through SMS notifications sent to the phone numbers provided when submitting their files.

The objective of this solution is to enable users to follow the processing of their files transparently and within optimal timeframes.

According to the same source, this initiative falls within the strategic priorities of the Presidency of the Public Prosecution, which considers strengthening communication with users and facilitating access to information as a key axis for improving judicial performance and service quality.

The launch of this application represents a new step toward the modernization of the judicial administration, the reinforcement of principles of proximity, transparency, and efficiency, as well as the strengthening of public trust in institutions, the statement concluded.
