Morocco FM Received in Audience by Niger President
Niamey - Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates Nasser Bourita was received in an audience on Wednesday in Niamey by General Abdourahamane Tiani, President of the Republic of Niger, Head of State.
On this occasion, Bourita conveyed to the Nigerien President the brotherly greetings of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, along with the Sovereign’s best wishes for the brotherly people of Niger.
The President of the Republic of Niger, in turn, thanked His Majesty the King, may God assist Him, for the tangible acts of solidarity toward Niger, as well as the commendable regional initiatives for development and stability in the Sahel.
The audience took place on the sidelines of the 5th Morocco-Niger Joint Cooperation Commission, which convened today in Niamey under the co-chairmanship of Nasser Bourita and his Nigerien counterpart Bakary Yaou Sangaré, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Nigeriens Abroad.
